We are always looking to monitor and improve the way we provide
medical care services to the patients who come to our clinics.
Periodically we conduct confidential, random patient surveys. Below
are the results of our most recent Patient survey.

Survey results showed that the waiting time at our Clinics is better
than any other clinic that our patients visit in the Niagara Region!
Wait times are a measurement of time of check-in at reception
window to seeing the On-Duty Physician.
